These terms govern your access to mathewmurray.com.au and any orders for our saddles, bridles, tack and custom commissions. Please read them carefully — placing an order means you accept them.

Products & availability

Every saddle, bridle and accessory shown on this site is handmade. Colours, tooling and grain will vary between hides — the photographs are representative, not identical to the piece you receive. We may withdraw or change a product at any time before you place an order.
Pricing & GST

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and [include / exclude] GST. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but if a clear error is published we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send a written order confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if a piece has already sold, payment cannot be verified, or we cannot ship to your address.
Custom saddles & deposits

Custom commissions begin with a written quote and a [INSERT %] non-refundable deposit to secure a build slot. Final payment is due before the finished saddle leaves the workshop. Warranty & workmanship
