How is the gift card delivered?
Digitally, by email. You’ll receive a copy and the recipient will receive theirs at the address you provide, instantly, or on a scheduled date.
Can it be used on a custom saddle?
Yes. Gift cards can be applied as a deposit on a custom build, or against the final balance when your saddle is ready.
Can the recipient use it in the workshop?
Absolutely. The code can be redeemed online at checkout, or in person at the Wagga Wagga workshop.
What if the order is more than the card value?
Pay the difference with any standard payment method at checkout. Any remaining balance stays on the card for next time.
Are gift cards refundable?
