- FAQs
Common questions.
Do you repair saddles you didn't build?
Yes — we repair most quality fender and stock saddles, as well as English saddles for girth points. We reserve the right to decline repairs on imported saddles of inferior quality so we can prioritise our customers.
How long do repairs take?
Turnaround depends on the work required and our current build queue. We’ll give you an honest estimate when we quote your job.
How do I send my saddle in?
Once we’ve agreed on the scope and quote, we’ll provide drop-off or postage instructions. Many customers post their saddle to our workshop in NSW.
Do you repair Mathew Murray saddles under warranty?
Yes. Warranty repairs on saddles we’ve made are looked after as a priority. Reach out with your order details and a description of the issue.
Can I get my saddle re-lined or counterlined?
Absolutely. Re-lining and counterlining stock saddles is one of the more common jobs in the workshop, done by hand with traditional materials.
